Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) FSW provides free tax filing assistance for low- to moderate-income ($40,000 and below) families, particularly those eligible for earned income tax credits. Individual Development Accounts (IDA's) Matched savings accounts are available to qualifying clients who are ready to grow their savings for investment or to purchase assets. Workshops in Business Opportunities (WIBO) A 16-week training program that equips aspiring entrepreneurs with the skills needed to start and successfully operate a small business. Micro Credit Businesses Program (MCB) at FSW Offers business development training and networking opportunities to small business owners. The Bridge Fund is a financial literacy and interest –free loan program designed to help prevent homelessness. Empowering People for Success Clients referred to FSW by the Department of Social Services and the Department of Labor receive intensive, solution-focused case management and care coordination that identifies and reduces barriers to sustained employment, with the goal of self reliance and healthy independence.
